Accessibility and SafetyThe website for our venue is: https://latticelodge.co.uk/exclusive-use
There are two ground-floor twin rooms which are capable of accommodating wheelchair users. The larp will have an offgame space for anyone who needs it, and the organizers will be on hand to offer help and support if that's wanted. We will be using simple safety techniques for participants to choose the level of intensity of their larping, and to exit scenes or leave the larp entirely if they feel that they need to. We want to create a culture of safety where participants support each other. The actual larp does not require excessive physical movement, and participants will always be able to sit during play. We will send people audio or large-print versions of character sheets if they require it. We also accept audio signups and allow character creation to be completed by voice chat – please email us at the address below.
